• Claremont Hills, Shiloh Ridge, Running Brook Farms, Remington Grove subdivisions and Shops at Fox River and businesses located along Route 31 who are connected to the Village's water/sewer system pay their water bills to the Village of Johnsburg.
• If you moved out of one of these subdivisions, you must contact the Village with your last day of residence and new address to forward the final bill.
• If you move into one of these subdivisions, you must contact the Village with your move in date, name, address & phone number at (815) 385-6023. 
• The latest Village of Johnsburg water quality reports are available by clicking here.
• All other subdivisions pay their water bill directly to Utilities, Inc. and are serviced by Whispering Hills Water Company.
